How we cover gear
We believe good buying advice starts with understanding, not a sales pitch. That's why our equipment deep-dives explain how cores, coverstocks, and layouts actually work before our buying guides ever recommend anything. We recommend gear by category and use-case — what suits a beginner versus a high-rev league bowler — rather than chasing whatever pays most. We don't quote prices that go stale; we link out so you can check current pricing yourself.
